This policy explains how House of Mozala collects and uses your information when you shop with us.

What we collect

When you place an order, receive an invoice from us or contact us, we keep your name, email, phone number and (for deliveries) your address in our customer records, so we can process, deliver and support your orders. If you subscribe to our newsletter or tick the marketing box at checkout, we also record that you agreed to hear from us. Your bag and wishlist are saved only in your own browser.

How we use it

We use your details to fulfil orders, send order, payment and delivery updates, and support you. If you opted in, we may also email you about new collections and offers, and show you our adverts on social media platforms using your email address in a secure, hashed form. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. We never sell your information.

Sharing

We share delivery details with our courier partners only as needed to deliver your parcel.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting orders@houseofmozala.com.

Cookies

The shop itself uses no tracking cookies. Your bag, wishlist and currency choice are stored in your browser’s local storage.
