Orders are dispatched from Kampala within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (cash-on-delivery orders in Uganda are dispatched once confirmed by phone). You’ll receive a tracking number when your parcel ships.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are paid by the customer on delivery.
Exchanges & returns
You can exchange unworn, unwashed items with their tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange.
Hijabs and underscarves can’t be exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right.
